Gemini AI Integration: We use the Google Gemini API to analyze your inputs. This data is used solely to generate music suggestions and is not used by us to personally identify you.
YouTube API Services: Our app uses YouTube API Services to find and play music. By using Thought Waves, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Logic
The specific algorithms, prompt engineering, and logic used to match user moods with musical selections are the proprietary intellectual property of Thought Waves LLC. While we are transparent about the types of data we process, we do not disclose the internal "secret sauce" of our mood-matching technology.

We do not sell your personal mood data or search history to third parties.
We do not store your private listening history on our servers; your "Library" and "Favorites" are stored securely within your account profile on our encrypted database (Xano).
